As the news of Kamal Hassan's idea to release his upcoming film Vishwaroopam simultaneously in TV with the help of major television networks like Taka Sky, Dish TV etc., spread like wildfire, the discussions on how successful the idea would turn out to be has begun.
Pointing out that Bollywood films like 'Striker' starring Siddharth and 'Vivah' starring Shahid Kapoor which has a simultaneous Youtube and Theatrical release as an example, the PR of Mega heroes opined that the revenues generated by those films weren't impressive enough.
Siddharth reacted strongly for calling his film a flop and shot back asking the PR to go through the statistics and expressed his anguish that it's because of such persons who promote their misguided opinions as facts people have stopped believing in film trade.
