While no one knows what is the exact or real reason behind delay in release of ‘Damarukam,’ it is truly a disappointing move from producer R. Venkat and hero nagarjuna as they are missing a golden period. Tollywood market is quite open and arid now with no big releases in race. Only ‘Cameraman Ganga Tho Ram Babu’ and ‘Denikaina Ready’ are the worth mentioning films running in near by theatres. When ‘Damarukam’ makers have dreamt for a release with no oppositon, they could’t have got a week as bright as this one. As we enter into November second and third weeks, we have a queue of ‘Tupaki, Gundello Godari, Okkadine.’ By any calculation, Nag should have intervened into financial compulsions of R. Venkat (if, they really exist) and make the movie ready for release. Time lost can never be brought back and Nag may have to reap later on.
