When Vedhika, who plays the female lead in the Bala directed Paradesi was asked about the travails she had undergone while starring in the film, she said that there was no such problems.
The actress said that there is a general presumption that Bala being a task master would extract a lot of work from his stars and technicians but it is not true at all. Vedhika added that if there is one person who suffered a lot during the making of Paradesi, it was none other than Bala because he has planned everything so meticulously.
