Looks like electronic media is crossing their limits raising controversial issues and encouraging unnecessary discussions for hours and subsequently, a greater damage is being done to Telugu movies by these media. Recently, we have seen the controversy on ‘Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu’. This controversy has reported to have been created by a TV channel for the benefit of its favourite political party.
Apart from ‘CGR’, the media has eyed on Manchu Vishnu’s hit movie ‘Denikaina Ready’. Incidentally, the controversy on this movie has got a sudden momentum, after a discussion programme held in a TV news channel of the state. Having seen all these dangerous acts by the media, some of the analysts are suggesting following measures to tollywood film makers to avoid controversies on movies to some extent.
* All the film makers must unite when any film maker’s movie falls into a controversy.
* They should not depend too much on the publicity of the TV channels to their movies.
* They should not encourage and should not participate any discussion programmes being conducted by the TV news channels. Instead, they can prefer the channels which are away from all the controversies.
